Access to and use of the cuci21 platform — including the website, mobile app, games, and all related services — is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms take effect as soon as you click the "Register" button or log in to an existing account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cuci21 platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms from time to time to ensure you are always aware of the latest version.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy cuci21, all of which constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform.

02Account Eligibility

To register and use the cuci21 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Acting as an individual on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent of a third party.
• Not prohibited by local laws or international agreements from using online gaming services.
• Does not hold any other cuci21 account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings in any jurisdiction.

03Registration & KYC Verification

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. cuci21 employs an integrated Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all members and to comply with internal compliance requirements.

Documents that may be required for KYC verification include:

• A valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or international passport.
• Proof of current address such as a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months.
• Payment method details used for the deposit (for ownership verification purposes).

KYC verification is typically completed within 1–2 working hours. Withdrawals for accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be restricted until the verification process is fully completed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information in your account is kept up to date. cuci21 is not responsible for any delays or withdrawal issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

04Deposits & Payments

Cuci21 supports a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account in real time or within the timeframe specified for each payment method.

All deposited funds must be from a legitimate source and must belong to you. cuci21 does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned and the account will be reviewed.

05Fund Withdrawal

Cuci21 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals in under 10 minutes once all conditions are met. DuitNow withdrawals are typically completed within 3–5 minutes, including at night and on public holidays.

Conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Account KYC verification has been fully completed.
• Any active bonus wagering (rollover) requirements have been met.
• The chosen withdrawal method must match or be related to the deposit method used.
• The withdrawal amount must exceed the minimum limit of MYR 50 per transaction.
• No security investigations or account reviews are currently in progress.

06Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by cuci21 are subject to specific terms stated in each respective offer. General terms applicable to all cuci21 bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, device, and bank account number.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met within the specified period before winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Cuci21 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• If a player requests a withdrawal before the rollover requirements are met, the bonus balance will be automatically forfeited.

Cuci21 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The decision of the cuci21 team regarding bonus eligibility is final.

07Game Rules

All games offered at cuci21 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent third-party certification bodies. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Specific rules for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing. cuci21 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to understand the game rules.

08Player Responsibilities

As a cuci21 member, you are fully responsible for:

• Ensure all account information is accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Keep your password and login credentials confidential. cuci21 will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Report any unauthorised access to your account to the cuci21 support team immediately.
• Play within your financial means and practice responsible gaming at all times.
• Does not use the cuci21 platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering.

09Account Suspension & Closure

Cuci21 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or game manipulation.
• Opening duplicate accounts (more than one account per individual).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Request from the relevant regulatory authorities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the cuci21 support team. If there is an outstanding balance at the time of closure, it will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to no pending issues.

10Liability Limits

Cuci21 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we always strive to ensure the platform runs smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the service will be entirely free from technical disruptions or unexpected downtime.

Cuci21 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred due to internet service disruptions or player device issues.
• Game results affected by connection issues beyond the platform's control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Acts or omissions by third-party payment service providers.

Cuci21's maximum liability to any player under any circumstances is limited to the total funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Cuci21 takes your personal data protection seriously. All information collected during registration and platform use is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on protected servers.

Your personal information is used solely for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, and service communications. cuci21 will not sell, rent, or disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or court order.

12Changes to These Terms

Cuci21 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:

• In-platform notification upon login.
• Notification email to your registered email address.
• The latest "Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

Continued use of the cuci21 platform after any updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into effect.
